Faithful Friends Sharing the Gospel
Saan's family is the only one in his village that follows the Creator God. When Saan shared with a young couple, the wife wanted to believe but the husband was not ready. The believers encouraged the wife, Channa, to wait for her husband and for both to keep learning.
One day, a group of believers from another village was visiting at Saan’s house. Channa and her husband, Oudom, were also there, but he still did not want to follow the Creator God. Upon arriving home, Oudom experienced severe headaches, dizziness, and loss of strength. He immediately told his wife to take him back to Saan’s house.
When they arrived, Saan prayed for Oudom and the symptoms disappeared. Oudom decided to follow Christ. Saan shared more with the couple as did the leaders from the other village who came back to visit and lead the young couple in baptism. Oudom and Channa are continuing to grow spiritually as they learn more about the Creator God.
Mark 16:20 Then the disciples went out and preached everywhere, and the Lord worked with them and confirmed his word by the signs that accompanied it.
Romans 10:13 For, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
Lord, you are gracious, compassionate, and mighty. We ask that you continue to embolden your children to proclaim your goodness to their neighbors and that you will work with them, confirming your Word by the signs you perform. May all the honor and praise be to you alone. Amen!
